Refund policy

Returned Goods
For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on jewellery purchases. However, if your item is faulty or damaged, or in certain exceptional cases, we’re happy to review the situation and assist where possible.

    Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it and letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

    We will only refund postage costs if the item is faulty.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Late or Missing Refunds 
    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to post.
    3. Contact your bank—there may be a delay in processing on their end.

    Sale Items
    Unfortunately, sale items from our outlet cannot be refunded as per our refund policy.


    Gifts
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
