If your parcel is still missing, we recommend lodging an enquiry with New Zealand Post. While we’re more than happy to assist you through this process, please note that our ability to take direct action is limited.
There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?

Can I return my jewellery?
As stated in our returns policy, for health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on jewellery purchases. However if your item is faulty, we will refund, fix or exchange your purchase. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information

What materials do you use at Twigg?
We use quality Sterling Silver and Gold Filled Ear-wires which ensures our earrings are safe for most sensitive earrings. We are also developing a range of hypoallergenic stainless steel. We only use genuine peals (unless stated) and we would love to know if any of our products need tweaking - quality is paramount to us.
